The following is a list of the office policies:

Confidentiality:

All information disclosed in sessions is confidential and may not be revealed without written permission.   Disclosure is required by law under the following circumstances: Suicide, homicide,  danger to self or others, sexual, physical and emotional abuse, neglect and endangerment.

Payment for Services

Patients are responsible for payment regardless of any insurance company’s arbitrary determination of usual and customary fees. Payment is made for each visit. Patients who carry insurance should remember that professional services are rendered and charged to the patient.  My office will provide you with an insurance copy, a super bill for which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Missed appointments

Any missed appointments will be charged the usual fee, unless cancelled or rescheduled of 24 hours before the appointment time.

Counseling becomes more cost effective in relationship to you, your marriage and children especially when there are emotional and financial difficulties to contend with. These conflicts often pay a high price because problems arise from the lack of communication skills. This brings about conflict and painful loss, due to a divorce and child separation.

Presently 50% of marriages in the Unites States ends in divorce
